Example case :
PT. DCW opened new position on September 2000. There are 100 application letters in.
After all the interviews and tests, PT. DCW hired Hasan on Januari 2001 as programmer. Hasan has to complete 3 months probation time before becoming permanent employee.
After probation time, his basic salary was Rp 1.000.000, transportation Rp 500.000, meal allowance Rp 400.000 and he joined Jamsostek program.
On Mei 2001, PT. DCW sent Hasan to Singapore to follow some training.
Because of his good performance, Hasan being promoted on July 2001 as Information technology Manager. As a manager, he was busy and sometimes has to finish his job in overtime hours. He also got Education Allowance in July 2001.
On August 2001, Hasan accepted appraisal bonus Rp 2.400.000 and he took his leave for 4 days. On November 2001, he took car loan from the company.
